Tool for road auralisation
On this page, you can create one or more auralisations of a country road and then listen to them.
You can get help with the individual boxes by clicking on the question marks.
01 Select locations on figure
- Drag the listening position (the dark green dot on the figure) into the desired location. Use the mouse to drag or enter the position by clicking on the numbers in the figure. Usually, 1.5 meters above the ground is used.
- Place the noise barrier in the desired location by dragging with the mouse or enter the position by clicking on the numbers in the figure. Choose a realistic height of the screen – e.g. 3, 4 or 5 meters.
